Because it is self-hosted, there is no per-seat tier rounding (Monday makes a 6-user team buy 10 seats) and no AI-billed-on-everyone tax (ClickUp Brain adds a per-member fee across all paid members). Your AI cost is your own token spend, already metered by the platform's token ledger.
