This agreement governs the Elastbiz software supplied by Elastcode Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus, of Paphos, Cyprus ("Elastcode", "we", "us") for you to install and operate, including self-hosted deployments and AI Instances. Use of our hosted cloud service is governed by the Terms of Service instead.
Licence. The Elastbiz platform is licensed under the Elastic License v2 (ELv2). That licence is the operative grant; the terms below explain how we apply it and add the conditions specific to AI features.
Regardless of where the software runs, you may not use it to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to host malware or phishing content, to distribute material depicting the abuse of children, to mine cryptocurrency at the expense of shared infrastructure, or to attack third-party systems. Where we supply hosting, breach of this section permits immediate suspension.
We may publish updates; you decide when to apply them to a self-hosted deployment. The self-hosted build does not report your usage back to us. If a future version introduces any telemetry, it will be disclosed and it will be switchable.
The software is provided as it is, without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law our liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us for the software in the preceding twelve months. This agreement runs until terminated; it terminates automatically if you breach the licence conditions in section 2, and you must then stop using and distributing the software.
